All high frequency plamsa cutters are not compatible with the CrossFire line of CNC plasma machines. High frequency plasma cutters can permanently damage the components inside of the CNC control box.
Additionally, we do not recommend using plasma cutters on 110v power as they require too little standoff distance to be used with a CNC machine. We only recommend using a plasma cutter on 220v power.
A handful of blow-back plamsa cutters are not compatible with the CrossFire line of CNC plasma machines. The specific reasons why these cutters are not compatible vary from model to model, but they typically cause a lower level of electromagnetic interference that interrupts the connection between the CNC control box and the computer you are using to run the machine, without actually causing any damage to the components inside of the CNC control box.
